This post is to document a problem with my watch and hopefully get some feedback to prevent this from happening again to me or someone else. In December I purchased a New Navitimer Montbrillant Olympus. I have used the chronograph feature several times since I bought it and found it working perfectly. My navitimer stopped working and I noticed a small thing that I marked in the photo. I didn’t drop it. Any idea?

Hi guys, I bought a Navitimer Chronograph GMT last November, and up until a couple of days ago, . The chrono resets itself not to zero, but a second or two off. Usually it pops back to the 2 second mark. Sometimes it reverts back to the proper zero, and it seems to sometimes pop back to the 59 second mark. Just bought a breitling colt a few months ago and a wolf watch winder. Problem is that my watch doesn't stay wound. I can wear it for a few days and its good, but after its been worn and placed on the winder it stops after 48 hrs. I bought my Navitimer 3 weeks ago, and I pretty much just slapped it on without even reading the manual (oops). When I got it, the salesman set the time so I never bothered looking at the manual. I wore it every other day or so, but at one point I didn't wear it for 3 days.
The watch is not working - digital display is dead, but I've not had the battery checked so may be simple as that. The other possibly bigger problem is that the crown is missing.
