I've always wanted an IWC Pilot series, but couldn't justify their asking price given their depreciation and for such a relatively plain tool watch that doesn't match Rolex levels of finish - their perpetual, chrono, and ceramic series aside. So this particular watch comes with the same movement of the IWC Pilot Mark VIII, which is a 35111 Calibre. The watch is of course tuned and regulated to IWC specifications with a 42h power reserve.Luckily the genuine IWC uses a modified ETA so the dial pins fit the A2892 movement perfectly.
